Our focus is to provide excellent academic and Career and Technical Education programs. These programs will prepare you to meet your goals and be competitive in the workforce. Any person 16 years of age or older, who is officially withdrawn from the K-12 program, is eligible to enroll at Robert Morgan Educational Center & Technical College. 

RMECTC is accredited by the Council of Occupational Education (COE). Under COE accreditation, our Career and Technical Education program completers will be recognized as having met the highest standards in their field.

RMECTC follows an Open Admissions policy.

  • The campus bookstore is available for your convenience offering a variety of textbooks, workbooks, and uniform attire.
  • The Student Resource Center allows registered students to have access to computers and technology for researching, completing assignments, collaborating on projects, etc. It is located in Room H-311. In order to use the resource center, students are required to provide valid student identification. The resource center staff can assist students with logging in to computers, accessing their student portal, and using online resources. 
  • Our computer technicians are also available to provide students with technical support as needed.
  • Vending machines are located in our mall area. 
  • Giorgo's is our on-campus restaurant, run by our Culinary Arts program, serving delicious breakfast, lunch, pastries, desserts, and dinner created by our culinary arts students. Giorgo's is open on select days and times and currently cash only.
