The 2UWF and Argo Accelerate transfer pathway programs are designed to help students earning an AA degree from one of our partner institutions (2UWF), or their current institution (Argo Accelerate) to transfer seamlessly to UWF while staying on track to finish their bachelor’s degree in a timely manner. Only $15 per credit hour.
The University of West Florida (UWF) offers over 500 online course sections each semester that lead to undergraduate and graduate degrees as well as credit-earning certificates. Admittance to one of over 30 degree or certificate programs provides the opportunity to apply for an out-of-state tuition waiver that substantially reduces tuition for non-Florida residents. University of West Florida publishes Distance Learning courses on the FloridaShines Course Catalog. Students enrolled in other Florida public institutions can start registration as transient students directly from the catalog.

UWF intercollegiate athletics compete in the NCAA Division II Gulf South Conference. The Argonauts are composed of 15 NCAA sports teams. Men's intercollegiate sports: Baseball, Soccer, Basketball, Tennis, Cross Country, Golf, and Football. Women's intercollegiate sports: Basketball, Tennis, Cross Country, Golf, Softball, Soccer, Swimming and Diving, and Volleyball. As members of the Gulf South Conference, we’ve won nearly 100 championships in 15 sports—including eight national trophies.
