Admissions Policy
Official transcripts from other colleges, technical centers and accredited institutions will be evaluated by an academic advisor and the instructor and credit may be given for the appropriate units of instruction.
Students with previous technical training from other institutions may receive credit for that training.
Statewide Articulation agreements may be awarded for individual industry certification earned to be used at the college level. Suncoast Technical Education Center is part of the Tampa Bay Consortium which provides career pathway agreements (http://www.careerpathways.me/).
