Description

An examination of the major categories of mental disorders. Diagnostic criteria, treatment methods, and legislation applicable to the emotionally disturbed are studied. Local agencies which provide services to the mentally disordered are reviewed. This course satisfies the Gordon Rule writing requirement. A grade of 'C' or higher must be attained.
